REACH Declaration of imc

Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 ("REACH") governs the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals within the EU.

As a manufacturer of electronic products, imc qualifies as a "downstream user" under REACH. Our products are non-chemical articles from which no substances are released under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.

imc is therefore not subject to registration or to the obligation to provide safety data sheets.
According to our current knowledge, our products do not contain any substances from the Candidate List under Article 59 REACH in concentrations exceeding 0.1% by weight.
